🇬🇧 Alexandra Storari • "European Project Design Lab"
A hands-on workshop built around real ideas, where participants work using the actual tools, operational models, and concrete examples of EU project design.
Over the course of three days, the work develops progressively: from defining the initial idea to building the proposal and its final presentation, combining methodological frameworks with small-group sessions.
The workshop is inspired by standard EU project design approaches, specifically Project Cycle Management (PCM), as described in the European Commission’s Project Cycle Management Guidelines (2004).
While sessions can be attended individually, participating in the full three-day track allows for continuous development of a single project idea.
