🇬🇧 XR2Learn is a Horizon Europe-funded project accelerating the adoption of XR (Extended Reality) in education and training. It supports a one-stop-shop platform connecting XR tech providers, developers, educators, and end-users to co-create innovative, human-centric applications.
XR2Learn responds to Europe’s need to boost competitiveness in the XR market and to harness XR’s power for immersive, inclusive, and scalable learning—especially in manufacturing and distance education. The project offers open-source authoring tools, business and technical mentoring, affective computing components for user emotion detection and adaptive learning, and real-life testing opportunities via strong networks. It funds SMEs and training actors through equity-free Open Calls and promotes reuse via XR content sharing and NFT-based IPR solutions.
XR2Learn also supports the definition of educational use cases, facilitates collaboration between XR developers and instructional designers, and promotes accessible, affordable XR learning applications for all levels and backgrounds. By bridging tech and pedagogy, XR2Learn helps…
