FAIR
Relationships that become partnerships

14 › 15 may
FAIR is a facilitated networking session.
A structured format that brings together Italian participants and participants from 16 European countries, creating the conditions to meet, get to know each other and build European collaborations and partnerships starting from concrete interests and fields of work.
What it is
FAIR is not informal networking, but a guided process.
It takes place in small groups, to ensure quality exchange and real opportunities for interaction between Italian and European participants.
It is a space where project ideas, skills and needs are brought together, facilitating connections between organisations working in Italy and partners from across Europe, with the aim of identifying collaborations, building partnerships and developing project ideas for future calls.
What happens
FAIR is organised in two separate sessions, one on the first day and one on the second day, independent from each other.
Each session involves a small group (max. 25 participants), to ensure quality of exchange and diversity of connections.
The format combines guided moments and open exchange, alternating short meetings, thematic work and deeper discussions.
In practice:
• presentation of participants and organisations
• short one-to-one meetings (guided speed networking)
• thematic matchmaking in small groups
• exchange on project ideas and funding opportunities
• follow-up between participants to develop contacts and collaborations
Who it is for
FAIR brings together European project designers, consultants and trainers, third sector organisations, public and private bodies, schools, universities, students and young people, youth organisations and actors working in education, culture and active citizenship.
It is designed for those interested in developing collaborations and building partnerships at European level.

AFTER THE FESTIVAL: COMMUNITY
FAIR does not end with the Festival days.
The connections created continue over time, turning into collaborations, opportunities and European project initiatives.
EPF26 Compendium
An overview of the EPF Fair
A public section of the Festival website presenting the organisations and people involved in the FAIR, including profiles, skills and fields of work.
It allows users to navigate the participants and gain an overall view of the community involved.
It is a static showcase: it makes visible who is there, what they do and in which areas they operate, facilitating initial contact and keeping skills and project interests visible beyond the Festival days.
EPF26 Collaboration Roster
People and organisations from the EPF Fair and Factory
An online section of the Festival website, partly public and partly restricted, dedicated to participants of the FAIR and the FACTORY.
It allows users to explore profiles, connect directly and activate collaborations: to search for partners for European projects, share project interests and develop ideas for future calls.
It is an active tool: a working space where the relationships initiated during the Festival can continue and evolve into concrete European collaborations and partnerships.
